Instruments monitoring during the OOTI 2004 project, in Alert, Nunavut (82.5N, 62.5W), 21-23 April 2004.
This study was conducted by Jan Bottenheim from Meteorological Service of Canada in Toronto, Ontario, and focused on several aspects of Arctic atmospheric chemistry.
Valiscam made possible for us to take a picture every 10 minutes, as soon as the computer situated in the instrument box was on. Thanks a lot for allowing us monitoring our instruments in that spectacular way !

ValisCam was brought about when i became frustrated with the lack of a few simple features that i thought were absolutely necessary in a webcam picture taking program, main of which being autoincrementing the filename and not having to rename each picture after you take it. This feature being added, and that personal annoyance removed, i continued with the program and added the following

Features

• Autoincrement feature eliminating the need to change filenames after each picture

• Options to save pictures as either jpg or bmp
